Frequently Asked Questions

General Questions
ANSWERS
  1. Can I make an Audio Postcard?
No we do not create audio post cards. We opted not to do that for this reason:

Why send someone to another html page to click on yet another link to hear the audio?

We simply create an audio eMail link, this way you send this link in your eMail, someone clicks it and the audio starts to play--much better in our opinion

When you download, dont save to your desktop. You'll need to download to a folder on your hard drive, like "My Downloads", then after it's downloaded, goto your folder "My downloads", and double click the file to start the installation again.

If you're not familiar with downloading a file - we recommend reviewing this mini course on how to download.

  10. Would this slow down the downloading of my website?
Not at all. Our software generates streaming MP3 files. These files will stream when clicked on (or you can set them to AutoPlay on page load). Streaming is much different from heavy graphic files which must load before you can view them. A streaming file will "stream", meaning it plays as it downloads. No download time is added to your website when adding our voice buttons.
