  1. How can I re-download and get my Unlock Code again?
    Look at your emailed receipt, it includes the re-download URL and your UNlock code. If you've lost this email, simply re-download the trial version here:

  2. I changed email addresses since my purchase
    If your email has changed, notify support, and include your original email receipt (proof of purchase) with your request.

    If you've changed email addresses since your purchase, email support and include your emailed receipt.

    If you don't have a receipt, you'll need to order a Manual Lookup

  3. I lost my receipt
    Use the account look up form http://www.mywebsitetalks.com/unlock.htm to have your unlock code emailed to you.

  4. My unlock code doesn't work
    It will work if you enter it exactly. Use copy/paste:

    Copying and pasting is a standard function that all Windows and Mac operating system support.

    To Copy, highlight the unclock code using the mouse and choose Edit from the menu bar at the top and then select Copy, or use the keyboard command (Ctrl C).

    To Paste, place the cursor where you want to begin the PASTE code and select Edit -->PASTE, or use the keyboard command (Ctrl V).

    If you copy/paste a blank white space, this will also cause an error. Be sure you copy/paste only the numbers and letters, and no extra white space!

    If you try to register the software on multiple machines, this will also cause an error.
    The software is sold as a single license, meaning, it's good for use on one PC.

  5. Registration can't connect to server
    1. The software will make a connection with our registration server when you enter your unlock code. If you have a firewall running, you should allow the request to be sent from your computer or it will not unlock. You may need to disable your firewall prior to performing this unlock procedure.

    2. The registration server could be down, please try again in a few hours.
