Can I adjust the sound and quality?
The sound can be adjusted from several areas, one is from our software, another is from your PC configuration.

The other options you can try is increasing the volume on your mic settings.
If you need help with this (windows problem) I would try some of these resources at the microsoft.com website.
configure your microphone
How to Troubleshoot Microphone Issues
Adding Microphone, Volume Control, Option Button Properties
Finally, if you are still not satisfied, you may need the help of a sound file editor, which will allow you to apply filters to your recordings and tweak them even more. There's quite a selection as you can see in google results.

How do I record a customer testimonial?
The easiest way is to have your customer simply call your answering machine, then record their message by holding your mic up to your answering machine speaker as you play it back.
A more advanced method can be used, by use of a call recorder software package like: http://www.callcorder.com

I cant hear anything
Are your speakers turned on?
Are you able to hear anything else from other appications?
For exmaple, you can launch the "windows recorder", by clicking on the windows start button:
START-->ACCESSORIES--->ENTERTAINMENT---> SOUND RECORDER.
If your PC is capable of recording and playing back sound thru windows, then there should be no problem using our software to do the same.

It sounds tinny
1. Understand that streaming audio is typically of lower quality due to the small file size and the compression of large audio files, into much smaller mp3 files. The trade off is a smaller file with less quality than a larger file size.
