Now you have to upload the files that were Generated to your web site provider. Enter the appropriate information to FTP the files to your web host. If you are not sure what the specific information is, contact your web host. After entering the information, simply click the Upload button. EXTENDED SETTINGS:
You can change the default FTP Options as well. You can select a default FTP Site Name, User Name, Password, Folder to publish to (destination folder) and URL to this folder.

You can reset the program to the default settings by clicking the Delete Button next to the settings selection. When you are finished with the FTP settings, you can save the settings by giving them a name and clicking the Save Button next to the settings selection.

To create a new profile (good if your maintaining several different web sites)  just enter a name in the settings text box and click save after you have made your changes.
