Here's how to Add/Remove the affiliate link on your audio buttons

Go to STEP 3 in the software, and click on FILE SETTINGS

Then click on Player Control to bring up the player options

2) Enter your affiliate link in this secret area of the software. Your affiliate like will look like this:

Notice the 'username' part in the link? The code 'username' in the link means: anyone ordering through your traceable link will be credited to you when they make a purchase.

Now when you generate audio buttons, your affiliate link will automatically be added to your player buttons. After your audio plays.. the "powered by My Website Talks " link will be your affiliate link.

If you prefer to not have the "powered by My Website Talks " link at all, simply tick the box "I don't want a link to your web site", and no link, neither ours nor yours, will be displayed.

If you have already generated audio files, and wish to include your affiliate link embedded in them, you just need to re-generate the files, and upload again. There is no need to change the HTML (page code) on your web pages.

Here's how:

Launch the software
Go to the secret area and enter your affiliate code, click OK
In the software, step 1, choose existing recording for the file you wish to re generate. (There is no need to re-record your sound files)
Pick your audio player, and then generate the files.
Upload those new files and your done.

There is no need to change the HTML (page code) on your web pages, just upload the new files--that's it.

To test the new player with your affiliate link embedded on your web site, you must CLOSE ANY and ALL OPEN WEB BROWSER WINDOWS. Then, open a new browser window and view/listen to your page. It's important to close down all the open browsers, then re-open a new browser window, if you don't do this, you will only keep seeing the OLD file (the older cached version). You must close all the open browser windows, then open a browser window and view your page again..

If you click on your audio button (after it plays) to test your affiliate link, you have to watch very carefully. What will happen is this:

You will see in your browser that you are first taken to:

http://www.tunza-products.com/a/clickthru.cgi/username/http://www.mywebsitetalks.com

and then quickly you are then connected to the home page of http://www.mywebsitetalks.com

It all happens in about a second or two, so you really have to watch carefully. That's how the tracking software works, it will mostly be transparent to you, but it is indeed working and watching every click thru sent from your links. You can even log into the affiliate center and see your "click thru" counter increment each time you do this.
